Just a few steps from the pool, it features a terraced garden with a private patio and a panoramic terrace overlooking the village. Furnished in an elegant Tuscan style with refined materials and vintage details, the villa exudes timeless charm.
With a private entrance directly from the picturesque streets of the borgo, the villa unfolds across three levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the outdoor terrace. The first floor features a bedroom with a sofa bed, while just a few steps up, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, elegantly finished in fine pink marble and equipped with a spacious shower. The top floor hosts another master bedroom, also with a private bathroom and large shower.
